Intro
Anabolicum (LGD-4033) is a SARM (selective androgen receptor modulator) that is currently in preclinical trials by Ligand Pharmaceuticals. Hence the nickname Ligandrol. How it works
Anabolicum (LGD 4033) works by binding to androgen receptors mostly in the bones and muscles. When the attachment occurs, this boosts muscle building and prevents any sort of muscle wasting even when you are in a caloric deficit. So far the studies are encouraging and have shown a tight bond with androgen receptors. Unlike anabolic steroids, Ligandrol is SELECTIVE, so you will not get any androgenic activity outside the bones or muscles hence no negative side effects.
Studies
A phase 1 trial study was done on Anabolicum (LGD4033) on 75 healthy male adults who were 20-50 years old. The group used it, along with a placebo group, for 21 days (3 weeks). The study monitored lean body mass, muscle strength, sex hormones, and cardio output using stairs. The results showed zero adverse side effects vs. The placebo group. There was suppression at a higher dose, but no where close to what anabolic steroids would cause.
They also found the higher the dosage, the more lean body mass increased, but the cool thing was there was zero fat gained. So the mass added was pure lean muscle mass!
A second study was done on elderly patients who had suffered major injuries, such as a joint fracture. It found that it sped up bone recovery density, and it can also prevent injuries from occuring.

Cutting:
Users report outstanding results when using Ligandrol at 10mg per day, in conjunction with a calorie deficit diet, along with 20mgs per day of Cardarine GW501516. This cycle is typically 12 weeks.
Bulking:
Those whose goals are to gain quality mass and have a tough time with appetite, will use Ligandrol at 10-20mgs per day with Nutrobal MK677 at 25-50mgs per day. Users like to go 8-12 weeks on this stack.
Overall performance:

With a steroid stack:

Advantage over steroids
Nobody has ever claimed Anabolicum (LGD4033) is stronger than anabolic steroids in terms of how much mass or strength you will gain. However, it does have several advantages:
